Returns & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you receive the goods, or from the date a third party you have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.
You can do this by emailing: sales@afcrugby.co.uk
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
• The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
• Goods which are not suitable for return due to their nature, including items which deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date
• Goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery
• Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
We are unable to issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of delivery.
