AFC Rugby was founded in 2023 with a simple idea... to build a football club that the town of Rugby can truly call its own.

What started as a single Sunday league team has quickly grown into something more. From day one, the focus has never just been about results on the pitch, but about creating opportunity, building a strong culture, and laying the foundations for a club that can grow for years to come.

We are building a pathway that gives players of all ages and abilities a place to play, improve and feel part of something. From senior football to youth development, the aim is to create an environment where people can come in, enjoy the game, and stay involved long term.
